Leaders and managers who wish to enhance their impact, trustworthiness, and influence within their teams
An interest in other people and how we all communicate
True leadership is about understanding, engaging, and inspiring others. To achieve this, mastering non-verbal communication is a fundamental skill.
A significant element of communication lies not in what we say - but in how we act. For those attuned to it, the subtleties of body language reveal what others are truly thinking or feeling. At the same time, our own body language can project authority, build trust, and enhance our verbal messages.
Most non-verbal cues, such as posture, gestures, movements, and facial expressions, are unconscious, making them more truthful and revealing than words alone.
For leaders, managers, and anyone in a position of influence, understanding this nuanced form of communication is essential. It not only deepens your insight into others, but also ensures your own messages are clear, trustworthy, and impactful.
By the end of the course, you will be able to use your new skills to build trust, demonstrate authority and influence, uncover hidden concerns, ask appropriate questions, and become an even more highly effective leader or manager.
This course covers:
