The Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM) course offers a comprehensive framework to help senior leaders and stakeholders implement Lean Portfolio Management in their organizations. It spans three days to allow adequate time for in-depth discussions, practical exercises, and material review, ensuring participants can connect organizational strategy to execution effectively.

Course Structure: The training includes sessions on Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance. Attendees also participate in a Portfolio Kanban workshop, where they learn to manage portfolio flow and prioritize initiatives effectively.

Certification and Resources: Attendees receive a course completion certificate, a one-year membership to the SAFe® Community Platform, and eligibility to take the SAFe® LPM certification exam.
