This course takes you through a complete, practical journey into data analytics, helping you build the technical and analytical skills needed to work confidently with real-world data.
You’ll begin with Excel, learning how to clean, structure, and analyze datasets using essential functions, Power Query, PivotTables, lookup formulas, conditional logic, and data validation techniques. You’ll also explore effective spreadsheet modeling and best practices for organizing data for analysis.
From there, you’ll move into SQL, where you’ll learn how to write queries that extract, filter, join, and summarize data from relational databases. You’ll gain confidence in using SQL to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes.
The course then guides you into Power BI, where you’ll learn to build interactive dashboards, create data models, work with DAX formulas, and design visualizations that clearly communicate insights. You’ll practice transforming complex data into meaningful, easy-to-understand visuals that support business decisions.
You’ll apply everything you learn through hands-on, project-based exercises that mimic real industry scenarios. You’ll work with messy datasets, uncover trends, generate insights, and present your findings just like a data analyst in a modern workplace.
By the end of the course, you will be able to complete an end-to-end analytics workflow: collecting data, cleaning and transforming it, analyzing trends, building dashboards, and presenting insights with confidence.
