There are no formal requirements to take this course. You don’t need any prior experience with therapy, meditation, breathwork, or somatic practices. All that’s needed is a willingness to slow down and listen to your body, a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably, and about 10–20 minutes a day for gentle practice. You do not need to be emotionally “stable” or calm, understand psychology or neuroscience, have done healing work before, or use any special tools or equipment. This course is designed to meet you exactly where you are, with every practice explained clearly and guided step by step. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions or unsure how to work with them, this course was created for you.

The 3 Day Emotional Grounding Toolkit is a short, practical course designed to help you regulate your emotions by working directly with the nervous system.

Many experiences of stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm are not caused by a lack of insight or effort, but by a nervous system that has learned to stay in a state of alert. When this happens, emotions can feel intense or hard to manage. This course offers a gentle, body-based approach to building steadiness, grounding, and a sense of inner safety.

Instead of focusing on emotional control, the course teaches you how to stay present with emotions so the nervous system can gradually build more capacity and stability.

Over three days, you’ll learn simple grounding and regulation practices that help reduce stress, support emotional awareness, and make it easier to recognize triggers without becoming overwhelmed. The tools are practical, clearly guided, and designed to bring you back to a felt sense of ease and presence in the body.

This course is beginner-friendly, self-paced, and suitable for anyone interested in emotional regulation, stress management, or emotional wellbeing. The practices can be revisited whenever you need support.

By the end of the course, you’ll have simple tools to help you feel more grounded, respond to emotions with greater ease, and move through daily life with more stability and self-trust.
