Dr Mohammad Dabbagh
I have spent the past twelve years working in academia, holding various teaching, research, and leadership roles at universities in Australia, the UK, and Malaysia. During this time, I have supported over 1,000 students in completing their Bachelor's and Master's degrees. With a PhD in Computer Science, I currently serve as a Senior Lecturer in the School of IT & Engineering at MIT Sydney. Prior to this, I spent six years as a Senior Lecturer and Program Leader at Sunway University in Malaysia, where I managed the dual-degree Bachelor of Software Engineering program in collaboration with Lancaster University, UK. Additionally, I have been recognized as a Senior Member of IEEE since 2021.
My research interests encompass a wide range of topics including AI, Data Science, Blockchain, and Empirical Software Engineering. My research has been featured in prestigious high-impact journals such as Future Generation Computer Systems, IEEE Transactions on Reliability, Computers & Security, IEEE Access, Soft Computing, Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies, and Wireless Networks.
