The Salesforce Certified Associate Credential is for candidates who may be new to the Salesforce ecosystem and have an interest in understanding and using the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform. Salesforce Certified Associate candidates typically have up to six months of Salesforce user experience. Additionally, candidates should have a foundational knowledge of Salesforce's core capabilities and should be able to navigate Salesforce.
