His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Science, Technology, and Innovation focusing on Energy Policy from GRIPS, Japan, complemented by an MSc in Energy Science and Policy from Ajou University, South Korea. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from the AHIET, Egypt.

His impact resonates globally, having served as an energy and sustainability consultant for prestigious organizations such as the World Bank, the Global Environmental Foundation, the United Nations, the European Union, RECREEE, and ESCO.

Dr. Kshanh's influence extends into the realm of the energy industry, where he has held pivotal roles as an Energy and Sustainability Director for several leading companies since 2005.
