Have you ever looked back and wondered “Why did I choose that? How could I do that?”
In a complex world, decision-making is rarely simple. Conflicting and competing Values, Emotions, Expectations, and uncertainty often leave us second-guessing ourselves — ending up with making indifferent choices and living with regret.
This is a practical, reflective course designed to help you make clearer, more mindful decisions and stand by them with confidence.
Through guided thought experiments and real-life scenarios, this course helps you understand why decisions feel so difficult and how hidden influences shape the choices we make. Rather than offering rigid rules or abstract theory, we introduce a simple, flexible framework you can apply to everyday decisions — at work, in relationships, and during major life moments.
You will explore how context affects behaviour, examine the nature of regret, and learn how to navigate situations where logic, emotion, and values collide. What happens when honesty conflicts with loyalty? When rules (perhaps even the law) say one thing but your inner voice says another? You’ll also discover common decision traps — including the Boiling Frog Syndrome — and learn how to recognise them before it’s too late.
This course is suitable for students, professionals, parents, anyone who breathes — anyone who wants to make better choices and minimise regret. We know ourselves best and no prior knowledge of any other subject is required.
There’s no jargon here — just a practical toolkit that helps you reconnect with your values and approach complex situations with awareness and clarity.
All you need is an open mind — and a willingness to choose more consciously. Good Luck!!
